Sophomore Rocky Bolton’s swim season has been impressive, with his strength training preparing him for track and cross country. When the team needed a diver to score points at meets, Rocky stepped up, despite having no diving experience. Through dedication and practice, he is quickly becoming a valuable competitor. While swimming, he maintained his running endurance by training regularly, following advice from Mr. Miller. Rocky is excited for the upcoming track season, and Mr. Miller has noticed the hard work many runners put in over the winter—Rocky included. His commitment continues to inspire both teammates and coaches.

About the Contributor

My name is Avery Morrow, and I am a student in the publications class here at Lumen Christi. Here’s a little insight on how we as a class, write creative articles for the Titan Times. First we brainstorm ideas together as a class, and once those ideas are written down, we are able to find the diamonds in the rough for news articles to go on our website. Each of us is assigned an article to write, based on what we are interested in.
