After a great week at districts, the Titans faced a tough challenge in regionals. On Tuesday, they battled Stockbridge in a close game, coming from behind to win 47-44 after trailing by seven points with just four minutes left.
Following their hard-fought victory, the Titans took on Ovid-Elsie in a tough matchup. They started strong, building a 16-6 lead after the first quarter, but Ovid-Elsie fought back and tied the game by halftime. In the second half, the Titans lost their lead and fell behind by seven. However, key plays by Timmy Crowley and Luke Tropea in the fourth quarter helped them pull off a 57-48 win.
Now, the Titans prepare for their biggest challenge yet as they face the top-ranked team in Division 3, Riverview Gabriel Richard, on Tuesday at 7 p.m. in Ypsilanti.
