Halloween is here, and students at Lumen Christi are getting into the spooky spirit. Everyone has their go-to Halloween movie, so we asked around to see what Titans are watching this year.
Brodric Martines and Cash Cooper both picked Hubie Halloween, saying it’s funny and not too scary. Jake Contat went old-school with E.T., because even though it’s not a horror movie, it still has Halloween vibes.
Claire Kalahar picked Hocus Pocus, and Emma Curtis went with Halloweentown, both classics that people grew up watching.
Some people went for scarier stuff. Libby Reese picked Scream, Thomas King chose Halloween, and Isaac Maki went with A Nightmare on Elm Street. Luke DuMont picked Friday the 13th, and Michael Palmer said Halloween Ends is his favorite.
For something different, Christian Warriner said Corpse Bride, and James Hart went with Spooky Stories.
There’s a big mix of scary and funny movies this year, but all of them are great picks for a Halloween movie night.
