“Thanksliving” is objectively the best day of the entire school year for any Lumen Christi student. Thanksliving is the half day before Thanksgiving that Lumen students go around the county and volunteer at a multitude of places.
Due to circumstances, one of the locations on the option sheet, Arbor North Living Center, was unable to be attended by students. To make up for not going on the original date, a group of students went December 6th to Arbor North to spend time with the residents!
The titans spent the morning with the residents passing out donuts, doing a Q&A on what it is like being a teenager nowadays, and playing various games! It’s days like these that make us wish we could volunteer more often!
